Join the ANZCA and FPM Supervisor Support Project

We’re searching for interested fellows to join the ANZCA and FPM Supervisor Support Project working group.
The college recognises the critical role supervisors play in training within ANZCA and FPM, and this project aims to enhance the recruitment, support and recognition of our training supervisors. The group will work to develop and implement robust processes and resources to support supervisors in carrying out their role, which will in turn enhance the training experience for trainees and ultimately improve patient care.
The Supervisor Support Project working group will report to the Education Development Executive Committee (EDEC) and FPM Learning and Development for endorsement, which report to the Education Executive Management Committee (EEMC) and Training and Assessment Executive Committee (TAEC) respectively for decisions around their work.
We are looking to fill the following positions on the working group:
- an Anaesthesia Rotational Supervisor.
- Supervisor of Training within the ANZCA training program.
- Supervisor of Training within the FPM training program.
If you are a Supervisor of Training from a smaller regional center, we particularly encourage you to apply, to ensure that the needs of supervisors in more isolated positions are met.
Get in touch to register an expression of interest and request further information. Please include a brief explanation of why you'd like to join the working group.
Expressions of interest close 13 July 2025.
