Ms Ella Sexton

Ella is a senior clinical psychologist at Peter Mac in the Psychosocial Oncology Program. Her work clinical work focusses on helping patients and their loved ones adjust to the emotional and psychological challenges of cancer. Ella has worked in Fit4Surgery program at Peter Mac since 2021 and uses evidence-based practice to support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of patients preparing for surgery.

Ella has a special interest in health services research and was the project manager of the Prep-4-RT project which developed of model of care for implementing allied health prehab for head and neck patients planned for radiotherapy.
