Steph Labourne

Steph is a senior dietitian at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (PMCC) with several years of clinical and food service experience across a number of Melbourne metropolitan hospitals. She has a special interest in oncology and gastrointestinal nutrition, having worked across various hospitals within the areas of oncology, surgery, gastroenterology and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

Steph primarily works with patients with lower and upper GI cancers at PMCC and is heavily involved with the prehabilitation service to optimise patient’s nutritional status prior to surgery.
