2024 ACT Art of Anaesthesia meeting
We warmly invite you to join us for this year’s Art of Anaesthesia meeting "Your CPD in a day".
This year the meeting is a single day CPD-based event, designed to provide delegates access to the full range of ANZCA CPD requirements. On offer are three keynote presentations from valued interstate presenters (Category 2 CPD), a clinical audit and an M&M session (Category 1 CPD), and four workshops encompassing Major Haemorrhage, Can’t Intubate Can’t Oxygenate (CICO), Anaphylaxis Management and regional ultrasound (Category 3 CPD).
As well as the high value workshops and sessions given by expert instructors and presenters, delegates can look forward to good coffee and delicious catering throughout the event, followed by a casual and relaxed social function to unwind at the end of the day.

The meeting will conclude with drinks and canapes from 5-6pm where delegates can mingle and relax with their colleagues and speakers.

Registration will open in early July. Both ANZCA members and non-members can register online.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Participants in the ANZCA and FPM CPD Program will automatically have their attendance auto-populated to their CPD portfolio within 14 days of the conclusion of the meeting.

This event is claimable by ANZCA and FPM CPD participants within the knowledge and skills or emergency responses categories.

Where the outline states that the workshop satisfies an Emergency Response CPD requirement, the workshop will be prospectively recognised as suitable to be claimed as an emergency response activity.

If you’re not participating in the ANZCA and FPM CPD program, please check with your respective college/provider regarding your CPD classifications. Post-event, you may request an electronic certificate of attendance for CPD evidence from the event coordinator
