Join the Gender Equity Sub-committee

The Gender Equity Sub-committee (GESC) is calling for expressions of interest to join the committee.

Are you an ANZCA fellow or trainee with an interest in gender equity? Do you want to be part of initiatives to bring awareness and support gender equity in the workforce?  

The GESC goal is to achieve visible gender equity across training, clinical practice, research and education, leadership and continuing professional development and reports to the Professional Affairs Executive Committee (PAEC). 

The committee convenes approximately four times a year, and we highly encourage members to actively participate in projects, see our Gender equity webpage for more details. Meeting dates for 2025 are currently under review.
