Crystal Eldridge

Crystal is an experienced Registered Nurse working as a Study Coordinator and Regulatory Project Coordinator. She has a primary focus on Phase 1 and 2 investigational drug trials; with a secondary focus on
Phase 3 and 4 global, multi-centred trials.

As a study Coordinator Crystal is diligent and efficient and is able to address all aspects of trial management including protocol implementation, source document creation, recruitment as well as co-ordinating and conducting study visits.

Due to the growth of PARC Clinical Research Crystal was able to follow a passion and is now specialising in Ethics and Governance Submissions and manages all post approval monitoring requirements for the high acuity trials unit. Crystal is able to provide advice on drafted protocol and ICF both in design and ensuring they meet current regulatory and ethics committee requirements.
