Dr Louisa Lowes

Dr Louisa Lowes is a staff specialist anaesthetist and Director of Perioperative Medicine at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney.  Louisa undertook her medical training at UNSW in Sydney and Wagga Wagga.  She is nearing completion of a Masters of Perioperative Medicine with University College London.  

Louisa is a local supervisor for ANZCA’s Perioperative Medicine course and has contributed to writing two of its study modules.  Louisa is a member of ANZCA’s Gender Equity Subcommittee and through this role contributed to creating ANZCA's Unconcious Bias Toolkit.  

Louisa enjoys running, the great outdoors, and spending time with her husband and kids.
