The full ANZCA Council has 14 voting members (or directors). The quorum of voting members is eight. Representatives of ANZCA committees and sister organisations, and members of staff also attend council meetings as required.
ANZCA is governed by the ANZCA Constitution. This describes the structure and process of the college and is a legal requirement for members to follow. The ANZCA Regulations are directives issued by council to implement the provisions of the constitution.
