With the exception of recognition of prior experience, all applications for flexible training must be submitted prospectively. A reduced training fee may apply, as outlined in by-law 4.11.
Full-time equivalent (FTE) for part-time training is calculated pro-rata based on 38 hours per week maximum.

Fees
Annual training fees are due on 31 January 2025. Non-payment of an annual training fee or registration maintenance fee by 28 February 2025 will result in a trainee being put into interrupted training and status changed to "Not Financial".
Non-payment of an annual training fee or registration maintenance fee by 31 March 2025 will result in a trainee being withdrawn from the training program. If you are unable to pay your annual fees by the due date, you should apply for special consideration for extension of annual training fee due date to the college by 31 January 2024. The college also offers a number of bursaries to trainees suffering severe financial hardship. Each bursary is awarded in the form of a 50 per cent reduction in the annual training fee. Applications for 2025 bursaries have now closed.
